Our main clientele is "tour and travel" based (F.I.T.'s, groups, and online guests). We have an important North American clientele (U.S.A. and Canada), but our guests come from all over the world, mainly from Europe (France, Germany, U.K., Netherlands, Italy...), Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina...), and Asia-Pacific (China, Japan, Australia).

• University level second year.

• Guest relations, check-in, check-out, settlement of charges, concierge services, airport shuttle and tour reservations, answer telephone, reservations, and general front office duties, all projects and duties as needed.
• Assist with guest baggage, porter service for groups, monitor valet parking, and premise security.
